With the amount of emails being sent every day, signatures are super important. A signature gets your message to stand out and is something to remember you by.
We’re rolling out a brand new signature interface and manager for our help desk, one that is integrated cleanly with your ticket formatting box. All this allows you to add, manage and set a signature in one-two clicks.
We’ve made it easy for anyone to set up and manage their own signatures
What makes this new feature special is that Helprace makes signatures mailbox-specific as well as user-specific. Simply select the right signature you want to apply to your message from the drop down list.
Add as many signatures and design them how you want. Helprace allows you to add signatures in plain format, or through rich text. You can use markdown (placeholders), too!
Select the right signature for the right email. You can name, modify, arrange and delete your signatures. Lastly, set the mailboxes you’d like to apply your signatures to.
Keep common agent or mailbox-specific signatures, if that’s what you need
If you liked doing it the old way, we got you covered too! You can still set signature with the help of workflows in your Helprace.
Centrally set separate signatures for your mailboxes or a have a single company signature. This is done the same way it’s always been through business rules of your ticket system. Learn more about managing signatures at the agent level or learn how to set signatures through workflows.
