Great news today!

We created a WordPress plugin that integrates the Helprace feedback widget into your site without the need to dig around the code. This plugin lets you embed a feedback tab anywhere on your website.

Offer customers answers every time they reach out

The Helprace feedback tab allows users to leave customer feedback, contact your help desk or find answers themselves by simply searching. It also features Instant Answers, a system which suggests relevant discussions or knowledge base articles as users type in their query.

Site visitors are quickly able to submit a public question, idea, problem, praise or a private email using a simple contact form. Based on user inputs, the contact form will also show related posts so that duplicate content is kept to a minimum.

You’ll also be able to customize the color, text and the position of the tab button.
